My first attempt towards poetry!
Here I come, with dreams in my eyes.. nothing to compromise
Want to reach high.. nothing lesser than the sky
Afraid to fall.. don’t want to lose it all
My foresee turned all untrue.. nothing before time I got the clue
Oh lord! Show me some light.. for this my worst oversight
I was back home having fun.. see me now amid none
Hoping to get all I deserve.. its only destiny that can preserve
But why is this life moving so fast?.. Why cannot one change the past?
Circumstances now are tough indeed.. an act of courage is all what I need
Plethora of bliss cannot equalize.. the amount of sorrow in my heart lies
If strong I am, then why don’t I give a hard try?.. Or if weak I am, then why don’t I break to cry?
To all my dreams.. after every night scream
I’ll be heard and I’ll be blessed.. Now, here I go.. as loads of things are to be processed.
